A Message from Our Leadership Team

California Spectrum Care was founded by members of our leadership team who all at one point, or still are, direct care providers. The mission of California Spectrum Care is simple yet absent from the industry today: To create and sustain innovation of services for individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and cultivate relationships between neuro-diverse communities. Our innovative services are the product of first-hand experience, knowledge, and supported by years of researched based information. 

Moving forward, we want to assure you that we are not only heavily involved with our organization but deeply care about the individuals our organization serves. Each and every person on our team, in every department, loves someone with Autism or a developmental disability, and we bring that love to California Spectrum Care every day. Our love and passion fuels CSC beyond what other companies can't or won't do. We are here to serve you and your family with a helping hand that will never give up. In closing, we would also like to extend our gratitude to the staff at every level of the organization for doing the jobs that truly make a difference and personally touch the lives of so many people in need.
