how long does the DLE program last?

The DLE program will remain active as long as regional center and DDS allow CSC to offer the service during the COVID-19 pandemic and coming months after to support those who are safer in quarantine.

 

Can I choose which types of support I want?

Yes, using the enrollment form or test packet request form you will be able to choose the types of supports you want to utilize.

 

Do I Need a computer or other electronic equipment?

The program can be modified to take place over the phone and curriculum can be sent to your home free of charge via USPS.

 

How often do i have to speak to staff members?

Your dedicated staff member will be available during the office hours that coincide with your session time. If you want to access staff support, you simply will reach out to them. If they are unavailable, they will notify you prior to your session time.

 

Do I have to work during session times?

No, you can work at your pace and time. However, staff members are only available to you during their office times that coincide with the session you are enrolled in.

 

What if I don’t finish all my assignments?

Don’t worry, we can skip your next package or save it for a future date. If you decide that the assignment is not relevant to you or simply not worth your time, let us know and we will make sure to take note of it. You are not required to finish all your assignments.

 

Can i make curriculum suggestions or ask for specific assignments?

Yes, we will do our best to fulfill your request!

 

I’m not a current consumer of CSC, can i enroll in DLE?

Yes, simply contact your service coordinator or contact us so we can start the enrollment process. Enrollment times vary given staff availability.
